I could sense, it was an effort to write something about book internet marketing. I wonder if anyone remember still how honest should an author should be. One of the best accounts I have ever read is this article.
It describes, in meticulous detail:
Last week we came to know of a major tie up between Paulo Coelho and Myspace to make a user generated movie of his new book, The Witch of Portobello. The movie will be created from submissions by users on MySpace and the project will be titled "The Experimental Witch" (innovative and interesting I think). To me this is a defining case of Social Media Marketing. We have seen a lot of marketing content going viral, a lot of branded fan pages, but none of it primarily web 2.0. Meaning ..>>.

Many do take the plunge. It is a big deal.
I just got another RFP (request for proposal). You think I'd be happy. Another opportunity for business. Another opportunity to sharpen my writing skills. Another opportunity to dedicate a couple of hours of my day into tailoring a proposal for Web design and internet marketing that I will then deposit into a black hole. (Oops...I let my snarkiness show.) The company that sent me the RFP? Never heard of them. We have no previous relationship. They got our address wrong. I don't know if they ....
