Medical practitioners are increasingly aware of moral dilemma for every descision they made on people, weighing on knowing limitation of medical knowledge and what is culturally right and wrong. This paper will philosophically discuss this process of moral education in the teaching of medicine and medical services as well as national eithical dilemmas on public health services.

Online Business Opportunity Sociology of globalization has been called for recognition in analyzing the socio-cultural process of globalization since the beginning of 1980s such as the work of Robertson, Giddens, and Featherstone. Globalization has been, however, dominated by economic interpretation of social changes. The issues of culture and society are largely neglected or misinterpreted as counter movements of globalization process. Thus, in many respects the term globalization has been used in a negative sense and usually mention as a problem. In spite of the negative connotation globalization seem to be recognized as a social reality, or sui generi, in a sense that it is out there, it posts a threat to national cultural identity, and it needs to be solved. The rhetoric and discourse of globalization in Thailand has been largely negative how the process takes place in Thailand and how it effects, both negative and positive to, the Thai identity. In this paper, I am presenting my research and theoretical construction of globalization from Robertsons framework, a leading contemporary sociologist, to encompassed cultural transformation that is a part of globalization. The process of making the world a single space, globalization to me, involves a process of mapping the geopolitical boundaries of nation-states, societies, and communities, and a process of making sense of the existence of ones culture, or the making of identity. This paper examining the historical and contemporary process of the identity construction in Thailand and how the process has been influenced by globalization. How global consciousness emerges among the Thai cultural and political agents and how it enhanced the making of Thai national identity.
