Registration Information:
All money amounts are in U.S. dollars. Tournament dates are July 2-4, 2006. To enter the tournament, you must include a check or money order in the amount of $1,000 with this form. If you register in Bermuda, you must pay with a cashier's check, travelers check, or money order in U.S. dollars or Bermuda dollars during the final registration day July 2, 2006. There are optional jackpots. Your team is eligible to win only for the jackpot in which you are entered. All winnings are disbursed the day following the awards banquet. Make checks payable to World Publications LLC.

Payments by Mail:
Personal checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency. All money orders and cashier's checks must also be in U.S. dollars. Payments by mail must be received by June 23.

Payments On-Site:
Only cash, money orders, cashier's checks, or traveler's checks in U.S. or Bermuda currency will be accepted at the final regestration kickoff party July 2. No personal checks can be accepted on-site.
