If they are making bank transactions into/out of DXGold, then they might actually be seeing overnight exchanges most of the time by now. But if you are not accepting the Chinese Yuan (Renminbi), for instance, you would not be able to take part in those exchanges, and therefore would probably have no idea just HOW FAST those exchanges are moving at any given time.
