SearchHelp Launches New Subsidiary Focused On Opportunities Related To Digital I.D. Security

BETHPAGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2004--SearchHelp (OTC: SHLP, SHLPW, SHLPZ) a developer of products and services focused on family safety and well being has announced the formation of a new subsidiary, Digital I.D. Systems, Inc., that will explore and develop marketplace opportunities related to Digital I.D. Security issues and concerns. The company has begun the process of planning the subsidiary's business activities.
Digital I.D. Systems, Inc. will concentrate on companies with digital technological systems that positively impact the security needs of both the private and public sector. Since 9/11, much attention has been given to strengthening internal security systems not only in the United States, but internationally as well. These solutions are vast in number and they include entire markets such as: federal, state and local governments; all forms of transportation; corporations, the healthcare industry and education. The new subsidiary will identify companies both nationally and abroad that are involved in developing and manufacturing photo identification and I.D. cards. This includes national and employee IDs, driver's licenses, voter registration cards, physical access cards, membership cards, insurance cards, and student IDs that are priced to meet the needs of a small corporation to the largest federal institution. SearchHelp is currently in talks with a company that has over 30 years of experience using encryption, biometrics and photo capture and compare technologies.
