You can try to find, and get free website builders, some are available with your hosting provider, but with most of them you get few useful features, very little control, very few choices about how your website is being built and you have no idea how to make changes yourself if and when you need to quickly and easily - and you never really know what's going on!!
I currently use Microsoft Frontpage as my website builder - HTML editor - you may have it in your microsoft suite on your PC now - if not - then get it.
