Ingredients

• 10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli
• 3
• Eggs
• 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
• 3/4 c Bisquick
• 1 1/2 c Chicken; cooked; cut-up
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 2/3 c Onion; chopped
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 1/3 c Milk
• 1 1/2 qt Round or 1 qt. square casser

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2".
3. Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
4. Mix broccoli, 1 1/3 c.
5. of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate.
6. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 min.
7. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
8. Pour into pie plate.
9. Bake 30-35 min.
10. or til knife inserted comes out clean.
11. Top with remaining cheese.
12. Bake 1-2 min.
13. longer or just til cheese is melted.
14. Cool 5 min.
15. FOR 1/2 RECIPE: Use 1 qt square or round casserole.
16. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to 1/2 c.
17. Divide remaining ingred.
18. amts.
19. in half.
20. Decrease beat time to 10 sec.
21. in blender and 30 sec.
22. with whisk or hand beater.
23. HIGH ALT: bake 35-45 min.
24. For 1/2 recipe use 45 min.
